Absolutely don’t do this! I ended up with disassembling my washing machine, cause the bracelet squeezed underneath the drum through the gap in sealing! Or use special washing bag at least. But never do that as shown here

I put a small amount of fabric conditioner in a bowl of hot water and wash it by hand for a few minutes rinse under the tap then air dry

I'd say 40 cause higher temperature makes it shrink more. 30 is pretty soft on the fabric.

I just use fairy hypoallergenic fabric softener I put in in a bowl with medium water temperature soak the loop for 30 minutes and then put the loop on the radiator for 1 hour. Worked so well it looked brand new and never stretched again :))

Is there a way to do this without a dryer?? I’d probably have to travel 30 miles to the next city and hope a laundrette still exists to use one. We don’t really have driers in England

It’s made from stainless stell, if you dry it within a few hours you should be fine.
