Why not spray a cleaner/solvent through the gun to clean it. You could also get welding tip cleaners. Thank you

pipe cleaners from tobacco shops work really well too. they are more heavy duty than the normal craft pipe cleaners.

forgive me if you've answered this earlier but can you weigh in on the critter gun vs the K-grip gun? ones cheaper and i've read the parts are interchangeable?

I have been trying to make a round head for my skull kid Cosplay but I don't know how to make it. I tried everything I could but I'm very weak in crafting foams. so if it's possible would u give us any tutorial or suggestions for making a skull kid's skull head (round one)

+Laety x In the UK they're pretty hard to find too. Found a couple of cheapo plastic ones on ebay that were pretty terrible but then I happened to see tandy leather do one. It's not the cheapest thing but damn.. so happy with it :) It appears they ship to Canada so you might be in luck

What technique do you use to make foam look like leather?

+Anthony Cronon I've seen people use wrinkle aluminum foil and an iron to melt the detail in. The results look pretty good.

The tip is made of brass not copper!! And cleaning it when wet, use solvent thru it!!!

Hello :) Thank you for the very educational video ( as usual hehe). Is there any chance you could maybe make a tutorial for the Witcher sword? In short, I'm making a Ciri cosplay, but her sword is a pain because it has a cutout. Could you maybe give some advice on what materials to use best if I will be stage-fighting with it? I would use the metal rod as you showed with the skyrim axe, but because of the hole I can't. Was planning on using MDF or balsa wood with resin and fiberglass overlay but it seems really advanced. +Mac Monheim We don't have L200 or L300 or any kind of foam here really, EVA is super rare and expensive that's why I was planning on using wood and fiberglass. Worbla also doesn't exist here, would have to order online and pay about $70 for a 50x50 cm sheet. I make most armour from yoga mats, but I guess those wouldn't be dense enough to make a thin sword. Another option is expanding foam, but I know I couldn 't make it so thin. The problems are real :D
