If I create a label and send inbox email to that label how do I get the inbox email to delete?

hey... just search for the mail in the search bar on top and type any word mentioned in the mail or the email to which it is addressed to/from and you'll be able to find it. or just click on the label and all the mails you have put in that category will appear. hope this helps :)
