Should I FULLY reverse it including the top plastic part? In the video (0:42) it doesn't seem like she fully reversed it. The top part is very hard to reverse and I always fear breaking it.

I wouldn't try to reverse the top portion. Just squeeze the sides at the top to hold it open and clean the inside portion that you won't be able to reverse. Then reverse it and clean the rest.

Hi, how do I disconnect the tube from the reservoir without the plug-in-play system for cleaning? Is it possible to do so without ruining it? I can’t find info on it anywhere (not even on the official site). Thank you.

You just pull it out. Takes some effort. Nothing happens to the reservoir or the tube.

How do you get rid of the plastic taste?

We recommend using Bottle Bright cleaning tablets to clean the reservoir as this can help with odors/ taste. You can also use lemon juice mixed with water and freeze it overnight, then let it thaw and rinse it out.

I washed mine with dish soap and now no matter what I do the water tastes like soap and comes out bubbly. I have a hard time believing it can go in the dishwasher
