Great video and huge difference.. My question is how do i get rid of the white polish/wax this is stuck in the bogues / holes? ( i used "Kiwi protect-shine Neutral" ) I made a misstake and i left wax on over night before polishing it, so it is now really stuck like glue in the brogues and on the stitching :( Tried with toothpick, nails.. No luck. Can you maybe give an advice or do you know how i can get rid of all this white dried wax that is stuck?

Why are you doing this when under the care instructions for this shoe on your website it says "A leather cleaner or conditioner is not necessary with this type of leather"?

Hi Gabby, if your shoes are blue/navy then we would suggest using a blue/navy polish for the best results, however a clear polish would also work. We have a beeswax based polish from Famaco which should work for you! www.oliversweeney.com/products/shoe-polish-navy

Here in Dominican Republic shoe polisher buys do it easier, and shoes looks like mirrors when they finish.

+Rosaila magnolia or you could just buy the soft clearn, moisturizer, and the polish for £45 and find some cheaper brush and use a lint free cloth you already have??

+Rosaila magnolia Yes there is, it's called going on the website and buying the ship shape (cleaner), soft shoe (conditioner), and brush up natural (polish). Voila now you've spent £46 and now you can do what the guy in the video did :)
