Good demo. The hard lesson I've learned is reguarly clean the oven before it gets so bad it will take hours to clean it. The scouring pad can damage the finish.GB

Umm. Baking soda (alkali) and vinegar (acid) react due their relative pH difference, and while that reaction makes good youtuber video theatrics, the resulting reaction forms H2O, (water) and won't clean your oven, your grimy pans, or anything else. Sorry. She probably used Instant Power Hair and Grease Remover from Home Depot, which is lye, a much stronger alkali than baking soda. That will do it, but don't use vinegar, which will neutralize the lye, or any stronger acid, which could be dangerous.
