Video could be improved, but these are absolutely outstanding grinders. I've had mine for years (multiple different grinders for different types of pepper), and I use them every day, and they still work like new. No comparison between fresh-ground pepper and the pre-ground crap. And the range of settings these grinders offer is impressive. From extremally fine to just barely cracked, and everything in-between. I've done some recipes that say you need to take whole peppercorns and whack them with a hammer because no grinder goes that coarse. But nope, just back out the nut and Fletchers' Mill's got you covered. And with the nifty locking nut, whatever setting you select stays set until you decide to change it.

Excellent mill, love it. But he's right, the audio needs work. Audio is more important than video 95% of the time.

Generally why can't grinders never ever be washed, because they seem to magically stop working even when properly dried?

You can rust the pepper mechanism. And a few other things. Always wiper your pepper mill. Search why you shouldn’t wash a pepper mill or grinder on google. Or even on here. You can get in depth info.

Thanks to the chefs ….I recommend a redo on both videos the filming, the audio is not so good, with that music who can hear the chefs, …as Chef Gordon Ramsey tells his daughter while filming…”pan down, pan down” I want to see the full demonstration, difficult to also see switching to monochrome. Just make it simple.

These are the best grinder made in the USA Maybe better room acoustics are in order for informational detailed videos. No one really cares to work hard to understand voices with an echo going on.
