Hi Anna!! Of course! I use different crystals based on what I need, but in general I love clear quartz (this is a master healer and amplifies the energy of other crystals/ heals), rose quartz is a yes!! (This stone resonates with self love for me), black tourmaline is grounding and protective, and selenite is balancing and recharging! I hope this helps :)

Hi!! So if it’s something really dark like an entity I would use sage to smudge instead. It has a more masculine energy to it and I find that it cleanses energy that can be a bit more dense. I posted a video about entities and clearing them just a few weeks ago if you’re interested in watching it!

Hi!! In my opinion no. If you’re doing a different kind of ritual maybe, but the process itself has to do with smoke not even so much the flame. What I can tell you is I’ve never used a candle and I’ve never felt that it didn’t work! 😉
