How to Clear Beer with Gelatin

In my experience with lighter lagers with more delicate flavors, clarity does impact the taste quite a bit. When you have big robust malt and hop flavors in the beer it won’t make a huge difference. When you have smaller more nuanced flavors those proteins and yeast will stand out a lot more! My lagers don’t taste properly clean and crispy until some time after they are visually cleared up.
