I love how you're able to explain the energetic body in such a grounded, rational manner - it's easy to understand and not woowoo (not that there's anything wrong with the woowoo at all, I love a lot of woo - but it's sometimes "too out there" or not accessible). Love the way you explain leaning into the discomfort through physical sensations, taking it out of the thinking mind. Thanks for this, love it!

To correct negative emotional patterns or self sabotaging behavior: 1) feel you feels: don't avoid the feeling or deny it but feel it. Where is it? What shape is it? What color? .. 2) pull up ebergy: imagine you having a tree with roots connecting u from spine to deep earth and then imagine you pull energy earth up your body until you reach top and out of head 3) EFT tapping: make a list of things bothering u or someone did to you and then you will tap down on facial spots until feeling is reduced until it's gone

This was very helpful! I have been doing this technique on my own but WITH the deep analyzation! I had been thinking that if I figured out who did what and why I would be able to protect myself from having that thing that still triggers from happening again. How silly!!! Of course that is just my mind/ego keeping me in its loop! Thank you for the further directions so I can actually clear this stuff rather than just ruminate on it all!!!

I'm docile and understanding but at the same time a deeply anxious person. I don't act out on my or others' impulsive behaviors as self-control is of great importance to me. But naturally, I can still feel the weight of those suppressed emotions that I couldn't express in the precedent interaction (mostly negative and degrading or unnecessary) the next time I find myself alone. My mind immediately justifies the behavior of the person in order to diffuse the negative thoughts that may linger in my mind about him/her. After feeling and justifying the emotions rationally I can still physically feel the burden of something trapped inside my torso. Immediately after that, my body starts to take over and I act or blurb out the words that I should've said in front of the person(either silently with active mouth and body movements or verbally in front of a mirror). I do it as if the person is standing in front of me. It works wonders and I find myself as if nothing ever happened. It's enlightening. I know some people who also rely on the same activity to shed off the weight of unexpressed emotions.

4:49 I love this cuz I just saw this video with a “lifecoach” talking about “change your mind to change your feelings” and just feeling like this was the strongest message of emotional bypassing… and it got me really upset how many life coaches say this kind of thing. The whole idea that uncomfortable feelings are wrong and need to be changed in order for us to progress in life…

Was hoping the host or another expert could weigh in and lead me to what I need to learn more about. As I get older, I realize I have some pretty deep seated trauma from childhood, but it's self inflicted and an interesting story. I've gotten into regular meditation over the last 2 years. For the last 10 years before learning how to become meditative, I would experience strange sensations that would lead to panic and anxiety, and thought they were one and the same, but now I've come to realize I was somehow becoming accidently meditative and the sensations would scare me and cause the fear response. This massively affected my sleep (and still dose to some degree). I'm emotionally healthy and very healthy in general, but always been VERY self aware, intuitive, and empathic, so I think I've just had a lifelong tendency to reflect inward, maybe causing these accidental and unexplainable meditative states in my younger years. So learning to sit through these meditative sensations was a challenge to say the least. Almost like I was accidently meditating instead of going to sleep, anyway, this would scare me because I didn't know what it was. I would also experience strange "blocks" that felt like muscle cramps between the eyes and almost what felt like deep inside my head, sometimes would result in headaches and feeling like i had a pair of visegrips on the bridge of my nose. Now that I've learned how to actually meditate, the fear response is practically eliminated , but I still struggle with these weird "blocks" while meditating. Last night I felt like there was dead-zone of dull ache/pressure behind my eyes and seamed like I could actually move it around a bit but would lose control of it. Sometimes I can relax in ways that it will disappear but usually bounces right back. I've recently realized that I'm probably getting too far along in my meditative practice and don't know enough about what I'm doing to be meditating this deeply. Sometimes getting into meditative states can be very uncomfortable, like I re-live all the stress from than day, and can leave me feeling very dull and lethargic afterward. I understand this can be a normal reaction from releasing stress, but I would love some insight or maybe some recommendations to good books on these topics. Thank you!

I absolutely believe in tapping. However, I usually do things wrong so I can teach people the right way. I tapped too much on too many things at one time. This did two things. It left me feeling like I was going to have a heart attack because I left go of too much. Also, I think I created a vortex that drew more negative energy toward me. I HIGHLY SUGGEST TAPPING ON ONE THING AT A TIME AND LETTING YOUR ENERGY BODY RESET. It is a GREAT and POWERFUL technique....use respectfully.

I can’t speak to creating a vortex drawing in negative energy as I’ve not experienced that. We can overwhelm ourselves when we push too hard and so going slower, giving yourself time to metabolize and integrate the healing is very important. 😊

@@soul_alchemy_rania I found I had to go back to my roots after doing all the new age stuff and have a trustworthy person perform ruqyah on me for a year. Still am not able to work or earn money, but better than I have been for 11 years. Hope this helps, Rania. Also, remember that they can't impact you if you have psychic protection. Washing in water, reciting certain daily things, grounding, prayer are all necessary as that's also a way to connect to the divine. ❤️🤲🏾

When I ground myself with feet planted and running energy through my body from feet to head, I notice I feel like I am going to throw up, like I ate too much of something, it doesn't feel good, but I think I may need to do this some more and clear whatever this is...

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night missing my ex and feeling scared and low in energy. Though I am working on myself and trauma a little. I feel it and let it pass, but is there anything else I can do instantly as it’s the middle of the night? I’m not always like this. I have a masive energy stuck in my stomach, after trying to release that energy it goes up and stops at my jaw/throat.. And also some of that energy gets into my head and i start to feel a headache in the left side of my head.. Any advice on how to release that energy? I feel completely frustrated because I can no longer function properly during my day when I do the practice.

You can do however feels right for you. You can send roots from the soles of your feet, or from the base of your spine at your tailbone. Then allow the energy to travel up those roots and then further up the length of your spine. Hope that is helpful.

I woke up out of my sleep literally releasing things out of me and receiving things in me my subconscious was working so fast I was coming up with all sorts of trauma.. I’m also a Christian no one told me to do that it just happened during the rem state of sleep this morning .. can anyone explain?! I wish I could put my feet in the ground or soil to do the meditation 🧘‍♀️ but I'm so scared of little insects touching my feet 😢 ever since I was stung by a tick in a park and I didn't realized it until 10 days..... IT WAS in my back and I could not feel it until it was too swollen and itchy 😫 and traight to the ER..
