For the drain pipe, could you add a log ring around it to keep debris away from the screen?

@@DigginLife21 I've seen those on large reservoirs where logs washing down into the works needed to be stopped. Cable tie or chain the butt ends together. Anchor it to the dam so it can't swing around. I'd use a few little locust poles around here.

If you put a debris dam upstream it overflows it’s not a big deal but maybe keep it out of the outlet just a thought

First 4 min, to fire someone for that here in Norway would not be enough. But that is how it US with no workers right or unions. People can have ADD/ADHD and mental factors. Threat people like nothing, no wonder you have so much frustation and karens around, and the high criminalty.
