No you don't have to give LPT......and if you r in OBC at central level you will be considered OBC at assam also in bank exams

It is illegal,you are from bihar you should apply for bihar, you just deprived one Bengali candidate on your batch. IBPS should bring a strong rule for LPT. Must have to be resident of that state for atleast 10 years.
