So here's yet another video about clearing a cache or deleting files in Windows with the claim that doing this will improve performance, but without showing any proof that doing this makes your computer work better. Show us some operations before deleting the cache and after deleting it to prove that system performance has improved.

Ummmm No. This is straightforward wrong. Windows RAM management is not like Android. In fact, any Desktop OS are not supposed to "Clear RAM" , Linux included. When you emptying your RAM, the system must make file call again from SSD and putting that same information into RAM. Hence ended up slower because of file call. The main reason that tool even existed in the first place, is for totally different scenario. For example, you know you have limited amount of RAM, and you have to close One app if you want to open another "heavy" app. In other words, you know you're limiting your system intentionally because can't really perform multitasking because of limited RAM. Only in this case, emptying RAM in order to open completely different App is needed.

The PC is caching RAM with files that are not needed for quick access and saving RAM. Surely if you clear the RAM cache it will merely build up again as the O.S. fonds a need to put more things there. And of the RAM Cache is on an SSD it is fairly fast anyway.
