How to Clear Your Beer with Gelatin!

Measure out the recommended amount of gelatin for
the batch size of beer you're making (typical dosage is
1 tsp. per 5 gallons) and dissolve in the water. Pour the
gelatin/water mixture into your fermenter and wait two
days for the beer to clear. You may wish to cold crash
to accelerate clearing.

Just add gelatin to the fermenter during cold crash and leave it in the fridge for an extra day.

My package says 1/2 TSP (teaspoon) per 5 gallons of beer

One teaspoon here, don't see a need for the extra .5, beer is commercial beer clear.

Where goes the trub after ? Is it going out in the first pour ?

Yes, the first pour is kind of a slurry and then it clears up :)

I'm an avid fan and customer of clawhammer supply, you sold me a still kit that I made into wonderful " Cadillac " of a still. However, I'm having an issue with my likker goin cloudy after dilution, any advice

It’s the water Adam, use distilled water or water with very low mineral content

What's the advantage over using whirfloc or Irish moss?

Use it in addition to whirlfloc. The gelatin will remove the chill haze.

too much gelatin and water. I just use 1 TSP (sometimes a little less) and about a half cup of water.

You don't need to put pig bones in your homebrew to make it clear. I'm not even vegetarian... You just need to make it right.

Most commercial brewers use finings of some sort or another e.g. isinglass. Are they "making it right"? I presume you meant correctly

Personally I found immersing a live mouse produces an incredibly clear ale.
