Also the support content really improves understanding about the game, because micro skill is easier to learn - you make a decision and get the result right away, while macro decisions do not have these clear implications. So, this content is more instructive and valuable for players.

man, i knew im mediocre archon player at best but seeing you explain your thought process shows how outclassed archon players are. We definitely didn't think on predicting enemy lane, getting sentries to block ench's camp, camping rune on min 3, 6, 9, tp awareness, helping mid gank on water rune, diving ench and doom endlessly before T1 even fell. the only thing i knew is controlling enemy jungle after t1's down but that's tough to do when you're still in archon, you may ward the jungle but the rest of your team are farming everywhere else and didn't prepare to punish enemy who went to jungle to farm. so they deward your wards and gain the jungle control back easily.
