How to code in injectors using DELPHI DS150E-CODE INJECTORS

Just a question in this specific Honda motor, 2.2 i-ctdi…how do you know physically what is cylinder n1, n2, n3 and n4 watching the motor from the front side? It is alligned 1,2,3,4 from left to right? Where can I find this info from Honda?

Hi, It starts from the timing chain or timing belt.Of course, this is not always the case. But mostly yes.If the timing chain were on the right, it starts from right to left.

Hello, I have a remapped smart roadster, and I plan to use ethanol. I that the original injectors will not be enough to supply the additional fuel I'll need. If I put in higher flow injectors from the model above (a brabus), the engine being else the same, can I recode these injectors using the DS150e to compensate? That would be useful when running standard petrol as the brabus injectors would flow too much fuel then and would need to shorten the pulses.... Thank you !

Hello. Of course, the injectors will need to be bigger for ethanol. Coding the injectors won't help you. There you need to make two plans for the ECU. One for gasoline and one for ethanol. This is an individual adjustment and unfortunately I can't explain it to you over the internet.

Hi buddies, Have question Today i did replaced second hand diesel injector and did coding. Procedure was done on injector 4 , everything was smooth, but.... now when i checked what code was writen to system - now shows 2 codes on injector 4 . Why's like that that first code even doesn't looks like from old injector, second code from new injector which one i did replaced today. Why now on injector 4 i have two codes? Shows like that 4ZFGGG-9FFGGG 9FFGGG its new code. 4ZFGGG unknown code even on old injector which one I removed was different code. Why i have now like that? Thanks

@@easywork2 i have scirocco 2009 2.0 tdi. I used to just do ignition on and off a few times when I replaced the fuel filter for priming the pump but looking for a software solution after replacing injectors. I know it has hpfp just not sure about purging air.

Therefore, it is possible to compensate for the performance difference by controlling the pulse duration for a given injector. New or refurbished injector, it must be marked with a specific code. Installing an injector on a vehicle with this code requires reprogramming the engine control system (ECU)
