Lovely clear, succinct advice thanks. However, I loath getting cadence emails. Around about the fourth one, I block them. Because if I need the service, I'm going to have googled it, spoken to friends and associates for their recommendations etc. If 'your' email lands then, well I'm going to add it to my research. But that is a tiny window of chance, like throwing darts at a dartboard in a dark room with a blindfold on, a lot of wasted effort and the risk of recipients blocking your email address. This is my dilemma about sending out emails. If I do this, then doesn't everyone else?

Emails only trigger spam, if they are spam. If you're sending reasonably personalised emails, to individual people, you're not going to hit any spam blocker.

@@SalesmanPodcast No, there are certain words that are classified as spam. Like "guarantee" for example. If you use them, your email is most likely to hit the Promotions category instead of the main inbox

I doubt you had success with many of the examples you shared. They contain many spam triggers. Also, no mention of the Subject line!
