If you are not at the receiving end or unable to collect the parcel, they deliver this card to your postbox and then you can go and collect it from their.

Is packstation and locker same or different ?

I am not sure of it, sometimes you find it together (if it is a Big one), sometimes not. So it depends.

if the delivery man is unable to give you the parcel in person, then he might put a barcode similar in your postbox.
