I was totally fed up with the outrageous DHL (DE) web site, the tedious user registration (and the verifications via mails needlessly going back and forth), not to mention the registered letter to my home address, and the like, that I was an inch close to leaving for greener pastures. In fact, the entire process of posting and receiving packets/letters in Germany (using DHL) is a lot easier than the DHL web site indicates. It is difficult to comprehend how a simple self-service process can result in the chaotic complexity of the DHL online service. It just beats me.

With that tracking no., You can track your order. Initially it will be delivered at your address if you will not be available at your place then you have to pick it from nearest station. Your postman will stick the receipt at your door.

Bro the problem is that, i live in Heim, and there is still no receipt or in German we call it(benachrichtigungskarte) that's the problem and all my stuffs are in the station but without benachrichtigungs karte i can't get it, i need help bro, thanks@@RahulInGermany

Hey bro, I'm having trouble getting my parcel from DHL. I did not receive my package from DHL and was told to pick it up at packstation. I do not even have a letter from DHL, so that I could go there and retrieve it. Also, I have downloaded the app, but it is compelling me to post to this ID. Has this ever happened to you?
