How to COLOR CORRECT VIDEO in LIGHTROOM!

I can't believe Adobe hasn't integrated video into Lightroom. Cinema Grade is being pushed all over KZbin (probably by paid adverts) but still - Cinema Grade is literally just Lightroom for video. It seems to be by far the easiest/most intuitive way to color correct and I wish Adobe would just make it happen because I don't want to learn a whole new program, would much prefer to use Lightroom as I know the ins and outs already.

The pictures go into a stack and no matter how you sort it out, they are still in the stack. It makes more sense to work with Davinci Resolve. Even with photographs. Adobe is "adobe". These "stacks" really blow my mind, even though I read the manual up and down. And when clicked by numbers, these stacks do not unfold.

In my short experience colorizing videos with Lightroom, I see exporting the clips is limited to 1920 x 1080 @30 frames per second. There is no other higher quality option to export videos using Lightroom. Am i Wrong? But I think that creating a LUT in Lightroom, and then applying it in Premiere Gives you the same good colors, but you could use it for a 2.7K 60p video, or a 4k video clip. Please correct me if I am wrong.
