I got the 300 set kalours there ok for a budget pencil i seem to be using them more then my prismas here lately

I haven’t tried them… I probably will someday. My budget pencils are the Castle Arts Gold… they’re pretty good so far. I’m just too comfortable with my Prismas that it’s hard to make myself use other colored pencils… but there are so many great brands out there! 🧡

Hey so I’ve been subscribed for a short time and have been watching a couple replays but I love you guys. I’m assuming you guys moved to the uk from the us? That’s exactly what I want/need to do. Can I ask what made you move there? Do you love it? Would you come back to the states? What advice would you give for someone moving there. I’m a single mom of 2 boys both in elementary school. Basic info but that might be helpful. Ok back to watching your shenanigans Edited: you ended up answering my questions about why you moved… lol

First off, thank you so much! 🧡🧡 So yeah, we moved here for Rocky’s work but we were ready for a big change anyway. I was frustrated when we first moved here. There were a lot of hiccups and a lot of waiting for things to get done… but that could’ve had a little bit to do with the companies we were working with to get ourselves settled. Getting a bank account with no permanent address was so fun. 😐 I definitely miss the variety of options you get in the States (good lord I miss Michaels and the grocery stores I liked and the brands I was familiar with!). I would move back if I had to… but we don’t have plans to. I’m not sure how visas and residency permits work with a family but I’m sure it’s doable! Also, being so close to the rest of Europe is incredible. We drive to France, Belgium, Germany or the Netherlands whenever we can! And flights are usually less than £200 round trip to anywhere here… so that’s a huge plus! Enjoy the shenanigans! You can also see us at @RockyandKimball where we share our lives here. Right now it’s mostly traveling but we’ll be sharing more as time goes on!

@@KimballsCorner I’ll definitely check out your other channel! I really want to move to Norway. 🇳🇴 I’d probably have to live in Oslo tho because I can’t deal with everything being shut down at 4 pm. I’m sure I’d get used to it and looove it. How are the people? So I’m from NY and CT. I moved to Fl like 15-20 years ago and the people down here suck! I trust my friends back home more than my “friends” down here and I haven’t spoken to a lot of them in 5 years! It seems like people down here have no integrity, common sense, courtesy and or decency. Everyone seems so shallow and surface level. There’s no depth to anyone…. However, this just may be the world today. Sad but probably true. I just want to be where people seem to have a moral compass and I don’t need to feel afraid to send my kids to school daily.. ya know?!

@@PerfectlyImperfectColour I completely understand! Rocky and I had a couple of very scary close calls in the States. It made it uncomfortable to go outside… I don’t have that feeling here… although I’m just an anxious person anyway. 😜 We’ve had our share of friends that aren’t great but we cherish the ones that are wonderful people. I’ve only met one person I didn’t care for during our time here and all our travels but it was no big deal. He was a rude restaurant owner. 😂 Rocky and I don’t really do any nightlife though so we wouldn’t really run into any situations that might arise at bars, clubs or anything like that. So glad we don’t drink or smoke! If we could we would move to Paris… obsessed! But Italy is very high on the list. We want to visit a few Asian countries to see how we like them… they look amazing and I can’t wait for that to happen! I’m sure we’ll vlog those experiences as they come! 🤪
