I just heard you make a comment about your carpel tunnel! OMG that is something I struggle with 24/7! I have had 3 surgeries and nothing was working. I started coloring and taking fish oil supplements and it's amazing the difference it has made! Instead of wearing braces 24/7 I now only wear them when I sleep :)
