Another fabulous and helpful video. I love the way the blue eye shadow shows up under the dip of pink hair, like it was shot that way in the first place. Splendid! On another note, I was a little surprised at your use of the brush size/hardness panel rather than your usual Option+Control+Drag method. I was also wondering why you would drag a layer down to the New Layer icon rather than doing Command+J. After all, I learned the 1st from you, and thought the 2nd was fairly common-use. Anyway, thanks again, not only for your more heavy-duty pay-per-view videos, but as well for these short, skills-honing tutorials. Yours are my absolute favourite PS tutorials.

Loved the video and the idea about changing the hair/makeup color. However, I am surprised that you didn't choose to use the new select and refine to get a better selection of the hair. Almost feels like the method you used took longer, and there were still some strands of hair that were not selected in the end.

Very cool. Do you think this would be the most ideal method to fix patchy grass? I have some images I want to fix patches of dead dry grass on. I want to retain the texture, but color those patches like the healthy grass elsewhere in the scene.
