No, after milling the head .005 its back to stock

Is the reason you use air tool with the 120 roll for higher rpm? Thanks

No, it’s because it’s front exhaust so it blows off any residual filings as you sand it. It keeps the work space clean so you can see what you are doing. And control, the electric is far too fast for a good finish with a 60 or 120 grit.

everything looks nice, i think your missing a dremel with 1/4 carbide ball tip. it fits in those tight place near the valve so perfect. (It would only be doing 2% of the job, so cordless would be enough on one charge)

Forget the dremel Dave... You are so fast and hitting heads like no one. The dremel will last 2 heads and will be Dead. I tested all of them. Save the money
