Finding a reason for my stories is the hardest part of writing for me. I like to just sit down and start writing whatever comes out of my brain without thinking about it before hand but if there's no clear purpose I get bored of it. Thanks for the ideas, it really helped!

Same issue here. Ok great I want to write a book about vampires. Now what? I need help discovering the obstacles they would have to overcome, or the mystery they need to solve. This is like a Tim Burton set with actors and no script. Everybody's dressed up but nobody knows what to do.

the way i figure out book ideas is to not stress it as much as i used to. i used to go on sprees searching endlessly on youtube and other platforms on the internet for ways to get book ideas. i was forcing myself to watch media just to get an idea in my head even if i didn't like the shows LMAO i realize now that everything in this video + others will help different kinds of writers no matter what, but some people prefer to take it at a slower pace and i appreciate how your videos are extremely inclusive (?) and can work for nearly any type of writing !!

I recently started my book , and for the first time I want to take my writting seriously ! I called it "A Flower Yet To Bloom" It's about a 19 year old named Tiny Who's trapped within a relationship with his abusive husband Leon (We will soon learn he was forced into this marriage) , he thinks himself hopeless and fully under Leon's grasp , but during a particuarly dark night , while he was on his way home from school, he witnesses something he shouldn't have , and so the mafia kidnaps him and he gets involved with the Mafia leader , who offers him a life of luxury alongside him , but , will this life be any better than the life he already has ? Thankies Anastasia for making these videos , they've been really helpful for me as it inspires me not to give up and writte in english in spite of it not being my first language

@journeysilvers98382 жыл бұрын
@@linaaznk I had some similar concerns with my MC at first, since her sister is actually the character with the important "savoir" role and magic and whatnot in the story. I came to find that even if she isn't the character with the most interesting position, tying her to the characters who are gives her an interesting perspective and a way to subvert audience expectations too :)

Awesome video, Ana! But I have a question that made me think the whole week about it. There is this A.I. called "ChatGPT", where we can chat with it and train it to give ideas about any topic we want. And I wanted to know if using ideas from the A.I. is considered cheating. Should I just use my own ideas if I want a story of my own? Or can I get the help from ChatGPT and make him help me think of some aspects of my story? Is it wrong to use the A.I. if I want to publish my own stories?
@ananeu2 жыл бұрын
this is such an interesting concept! ill def love to check this out and see if i can do a video discussion about it!!🤍
@hrbartista2 жыл бұрын
@@ananeu Thanks! If the use of the A.I. isn't considered cheating, it can be of great help to authors that struggle with creativity. But, we can't depend 100% on that tool, because it can destroy our creativity, and make us dependent of the A.I. There are lots of cons and pros that you can talk on your video, I'll love it!
@veriveryluvr2 жыл бұрын
using a.i to help you mold and create is really fun. since the a.i is trained on things that real people have said, in a way it’s like asking a friend to help you out. actually once i was playing with a.i dungeon a few years ago and i was just writing and i ended up creating this story idea that i really liked, and I’ve been writing it on and off since 2020 (i’m kinda bad at seeing things through lol). but also in the past i play with the a.i and it helps me develop backstory and characters and things by asking questions to me! a.i is really cool. it’s not bad or anything if it’s just helping you get from point a to point b.^^
