if your gonna play safe then go automatic guns, those deal reliable damage at those ranges but if you wanna play aggressive and deal alotta damage, the true best damage option is the shotguns, shotguns like AA12, SAIGA-12, SPAS-12 are very good for dealing heavy damage upon him, automatic rifles are good, but not as good as shotguns when it comes to damage. remember, you have NO lives in this gamemode, so you can die as many times as you want, i suggest just going getting close and personal to deal alot of damage.
