Today i bought second hand iphone 12 and i did not see any problem with that but after reaching home i saw little one very very tiny 1 red dot which can visible in night and dark mode sir what's your thought should i return that or not i am not completely satisfied

Inform yourself on the price to change the display and if it's too much return and hopefully the next used device you get will not have issues. After all if you are not satisfied it's better to return instead of regretting it

9:31 i have an iphone 11 for 2 or 3 month's but today the face id it dont want to work on my face and when i want to set a new fave id it say face id is not working or something like that any heeeeelpppp!!!!!

I’ve heard people who have dropped their phone and Face ID stopped working. Unfortunately there’s not much you can do besides taking it to Apple to get fixed. I guess you could try updating it first or seeing if you can use the new IOS18 diagnostic features to calibrate it if that’s an option.
