You should always have your lever shocks rebuilt by Peter at Worldwide Auto Parts in Madison, Wisconsin. Best rebuild in the business.

One of the failures on the original cars were the lever arm front shocks. Ensure that the internal seals don’t leak and that the shock fluid level is correct

I noticed that you did not check end float with a gauge, but made the shim decision by feel. If you were to use a gauge on the end float, what measurement would you be looking to find.

Three-quarter inch sway bar will turn out to be way too stiff for that car. I’m using 9/16 and occasionally go up to 5/8 inch. Three-quarter inch will ruin the feel of that sprite. And it could very well rip out the mountings on the cross frame.
