How to compute the EPS Twejikum or Severance pay ( Basic Computation)

On this video I just showed you the basic computation of our Severance pay or Twejikum.
Simple reminder that you must have atleast 1year of stay in the company so that you can get this benefits after the contract or period of stay in South Korea.
Basic Information:
-You can claim your Twejikum at the airport after your contract
-You need to get an assistance from the migrant center if you dont know how to process your Twejikum
-If you having a hard time to compute your twejikum dont hesitate to ask me or those in migrant center.

Maaaring isama napo nila yung 15days sa last 3months nyo po. Basta po last 3months po lagi mag based. If 4years and 10mos ang kabuuan, yan napo yung icocompute. Anyway- ilang years po ba kayo sa company?

Cash pwede naman po naka convert napo yun sa dollar dun nyo makukuha sa airport din sa piling bangko nyo po makukuha either woori or shinhan po. Goodluck sir sa benefits!
