How to Configure a Dahua NVR's Built in PoE Switches Network Settings

I came across your channel while searching for help for my camera system. We have an 8 channel NVR from W box technologies. There are 4 direct wired cameras connected with ethernet cables to the NVR. They seem to work just fine. There are 4 other cameras located in a separate building from the NVR approximately 800 feet away. The four cameras in the separate building are connected to what I believe is a POE switch Model POE-SW802-din. There is an antenna connected to the switch that is line of site to an antenna on the main building where the NVR is located and it is connected to the NVR via ethernet cable. Those 4 off-site cameras will display on the NVR but only one at a time and then they alternate every few seconds. Do you have an idea as to what is causing this? The system used to work fine a few months ago. I just took over trying to get the system running as the NVR needed the power supply replaced which I completed. I wonder is someone unplugged a cable and plugged it back in the wrong port on the POE switch. All camera ethernet cables and antenna are plugged into the BV-Tech switch regular ports which are grouped together and outlined with an orange box line. There are two other ports outlined in green that are empty. The Thanks!

Hmmm. Sounds like the link created by the access points cant handle the bandwidth from the cameras. What kind of access points are they using for bridges? Can you log into them and look at signal strength? I almost gurantee your problem is that.

@@WentworthCCTV thanks. I’ll check it next time I’m there. I wondered if the wireless bridge equipment is connected to the wrong port either at the POE switch in the other building or at the NVR. Things were unplugged when they were trying to fix a problem.

I have called your company twice for help and I understand there is a charge which I have no problem paying. The young lady told me someone will call but nothing so far after a week. I have tried the things you say to do in this video and I can't get my NEW Dahua 16 channel DVR and Dahua PTZ to work.
