Dear Mr. Seshu, thank you for explaining everything in detail. I have a small question, why does it say No Answer @7:05? I am facing this issue as well whenever someone is calling, they are listening to IVR (and that stage is being registered as No Answer in CDR & Recording) and when they are talking with the agent, it is being registered as Answer. So basically 2 logs for each call, 1 as No Answer (which is IVR Stage), and the other stage is when they were actually talking with the agent. Can you please tell me what is wrong?

Hi, than you for the wonderful guide, nicely explained. One query though, How do i enable linkus to make calls from outside my office using? I mean when I'm not in the office and use linkus from wherever I'm to make calls.
