When I'm giving AC power supply to the multilayer switch, all ports are not turning green. What I can do?

This is a packet tracer and we have to plug in the power supply.

How can you stop inter vlan routing on layer 3 switch like if there is a vlan with a server in vlan 10 . How can allow all vlan like 20 and 30 to access vlan 10 but not allow vlan 20 and vlan 30 to talk to each other?

We can implement ACL to allow/deny to/fro communication

When I am attempting to trunk the L3 switch it tells me, " An interface whose trunk encapsulation is "Auto" can not be configured to "trunk" mode."

Choose 3650 l3sw not 3550 l3sw--or--just include this command to pass that error, switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
