i am unable to see the wan interface green. since configuring sd wan it goes green with the computer but does not come green when connecting to the isp. was not going green even with the computers before configuring sd wan. what is wrong with it? do i need a license?

hi there, no need for a license. perhaps the interface is shut down or the ISP modem is off, or cable issue. You might also need to check your SD-WAN configuration, you can check my other video tutorial.

thank you for your fast reply. i am able to add a tplink and connect to the isp but not the fortigate 60d. the port is always status red with the isp even after factory reset
