Hi, Maybe you are using different router. Try to check what interface you have in your router. Write sh ip Int be and check. Thanks

When i try to configure the Router fom the laptop i connect them with console cable i go tu laptop terminal but it shows me white screen

Hi, Try to use default setting. It will work. You need to go to Desktop then select Terminal (we will use default setting ) press ok then you will access router. Thanks.
