if the coil of the PCH rail (also a PCH integrated in cpu) is measuring 0 Ohm, but with power connected I can measure 1V at the coil and 0,4-1,0A taken from the bench powersupply 19V. That is only for the first 10sec, after that it is only 0,020A. The PCH is getting warm-hot in this 10sec. I also lifted the coil of the PCH rail, and still see 0 Ohm at output side. Does that mean bad PCH/CPU?

If the pch is integrated in the cpu, i think 0,something resistance and getting warm in 10 sec is noormal. Anyways did you fix.the laptop, what was the problem ??!
