How can i connect it to internet? Like if i want to access some remote website like ID cards detail (If they allow and provide me login for that).. Does it have any other settings required to be connected to internet? or just plug and play?

I have one of these and I have added my bar codes into my kounta program but when I scan them they are not showing up. The numbers come up in the notebook. When I type the numbers into the search bar that also finds the product, bit not when I scan them. Thank you

Hi There! If you have tested your barcode scanner by scanning into Notepad (or another word processing program), and if you can scan a barcode into Notepad successfully, then your barcode scanner is functional, so the issue could be a setting in your POS software program? If you can pull up inventoried items in your POS software by typing in the barcode number, then you should be able to do so by scanning as well. We are not familiar with your POS software, Kounta. However, we did find the following post in their support section that may help you? bit.ly/2dR4JSW. You may also need to contact their tech support dept. directly to see if they have any additional troubleshooting tips for you that can solve this.

Hello thank you for the great video and the invitation for help. I've purchased 3 different scanners: 2 like you connected on my desk top, but neither one worked. then I bought two FOB types, but neither one of those worked. So i called the WASP manufacturer but he couldn't make it work either. Would you see if you can provide any advice? thank you
