Watched the video about the Roland Juno and MPC One budget set up…..went and copped the Juno because I already had the MPC One and I needed a new board…..I initially struggled getting the settings right…..thank you so much for this video…..you are a lifesaver my guy

🔥🔥, now how do we make the midi tracks to audio tracks so when we export the tracks into our DAW it we can play the tracks from the JUNO in the DAW , my audio mixdown never has the JUNO tracks even tho I hear them on the MPC

You have to import the audio from Juno into the MPC. I use Looper mode to capture audio for each midi track. I did it on a few of my BeatMaking livestreams

I was thinking about getting rid of my Modx+ since i have the Montage M plugin. I can just run that thru my hardware. I was gonna grab a phantom but starting with the juno looks like a solid play

Assuming you’ve done what he’s done in this video you have 2 inputs and 6 outputs left (2 mpc outs to interface and 2 mpc ins to the Juno outs) basically do the same for the sp404( 2 mpc outs to sp 404 ins and take the 404 outs to the remaining mpc inputs. Now when you have anything played on the mpc/juno combo it will go to the sp404 and back in the mpc. I have a live 2 so I don’t have two inputs, I say that to say if the X has two monitor outs, they may be controlled independently. If so keep the 404 input on so you only hear the 404 output but it may only be one monitor on and off and in that case just turn it on.

I have an MPC key37. I am new new to MPC. Can you do a video on how to make my first beat and song using the MPC key 37 with the 3.0 upgrade? Also, I recently purchased some expansion packs. How do I get them onto my unit? They're registered on the site. I have the in music app but it's not letting me load them on the MPC key 37. So if you can make a video about that that would really be helpful. I appreciate the work you do in all the videos you put up. I enjoy this channel very much 💯🤟🏽

Damn akai gotta fix that msb lsb issue. Thats like a major part of my workflow. I always add the msb, lsb, and program number to my track names with the sound name. Just in case. You know how Roland starts at 0 so whatsver it says on the gear you gotta subtract 1 from the program lol. The second you hit play on another program with msb lsb on its gonna go right back to that program it's locked to. Of course bounce all the tracks to audio before you even exit the project.

I have MPC live too, and I’m connecting it with the Juno. I hear the midi coming out the MPC live too but when I change sounds out the Juno in the scene it stays on grand piano. Do I have a setting wrong??? On the Juno??? Or on the MPC live too???
