I just got a polar h10 today, so if I have everything paired correctly , and go do a run for example, the heart beat reading will be coming from the polar h10 ? Will the data from the workout using the apple fitness app also transfer over to the polar app? Thanks. Only ask bc if I start the workout from the polar app on the watch , there doesn’t seem to be a stop button to end the workout

when reviewing data, dot you have readings during the exersise? I went to a garmin shop today, they said if I don't have the garmin watch, it only saves start and end freq. Does it works with the HRM pro plus?

You must first pair the device with your iPhone once via the Polar Flow app (not via the iPhone's Bluetooth settings) and activate the mode for two parallel Bluetooth devices.
