Would seem to be easier to just use it for party chat vs actual game audio. With the xbox app you an join a party with your mobile, and your headphones connected to the mobile. Mirroring the whole console to your mobile seems really unnecessary, the xbox itself should have bluetooth.

I worked but there is lag with the sound, say i pull the trigger there is a second long lag for that sound to play on the headphones compared to in not lagging on the tv speaker. no complaints for being able to play on the phone but is that normal

That's not doing anything. That's remote play. It doesn't work for party chats. All it's good for is sound from the game which you have speakers on your phone so it doesn't matter
