However, I don't see the word "PRO" anywhere that you mention. Second answer, following the step-by-step video guidelines, everything worked great, both can talk together. It's during the very last step, after pairing with the iphone that I can't get back to INTERCOM mode. Is there a primary and secondary device? Thank you so much

@@leobarcessat_ If this is the real BT-S2, it connects with my Sena 30k. I went through two BT-S2 copies before finding the real one that connected to my Sena. The first one I got was only phone and radio, the second I got was phone, intercom but no radio. Third was a charm which was the real BT-S2 that had all the functions.

@@Fodsports um they are both totally dif you cant enter pair mode if they are already on you have to do it from the start of turning it on and when I pair 3 helmets only two talk all the time and one helmet needs to hit the power button once and it does this weird ring call thing rings in only one helmet so when it rings the leader helmet has to tell the other helmet he can hear to hit their power to put them on hold for when the 3rd helmet hits power to call again and then it connects but I can only hear the 3rd helmet now not the 2nd one in order to hear then again they have to ping my with a ring/call I really thought 3 way ment all 3 of us can all chat at the same time do I have to buy dif ones cause thata gonna be frustrating I just dropped money on 4 of them...

Hello friend.Happy to help you. BT-S2 PRO old vesion doesn‘t have “hey Siri” Function. New vesion(Type-c port) BT-S2 PRO have that function. If you uesd new vesion BT-S2 PRO, You can press phone button for 2 seconds.

Just bought this. It works perfectly with my phone but the intercom volume is very very low. I can barely hear my wife when she’s standing next to me before even turning the bike on. I cleared the devices a couple times but still not working. Once I switch to the phone, the volume come back loud again.

I’m having issues… when one is paired to phone and I play music it’s loud and perfect! But when two helmets are paired to intercom mode I can’t here my kid! He even yells… and when bike is on… it’s like we are riding in silence… Moved speakers around and still same issue…
