Sensors on generic smartwatches are mostly fake. Try testing it with clinical equipment or hospital equipment to confirm if it has a true sensor or a fake.

The watch is very hit and miss if it works properly smart watch, some things do work on it, so surely the issues should be easily resolved, like what's app messages work, and phone but normal texts don't. Do you have any advice to get it working properly? I have been offered a refund because of the issues, from the online site. Many thanks.
