Ben non je me suis jamais inscrit l'appareil est nouveau ou puis je m'inscrire ?

Impossible de me connecter à votre application elle est vraiment mal faites c'est une catastrophe !!!! Mon wifi trouve smartlife mais l'application ne trouve pas le robot je vais le renvoyer après 3 jours à essayer de le connecter vraiment déçu de la qualité du robot et de l'application qui est vraiment mal faite

Bonjour, La machine que vous avez achetée est-elle une Lefant M1 ? Si oui, en ce qui concerne la connexion, vous pouvez simplement regarder cette vidéo que vous avez commentée. Vous pouvez le regarder à partir de votre ordinateur, puis suivre les étapes vidéo pour vous connecter à votre téléphone. En raison des limitations de la plate-forme, je ne connais pas le problème spécifique que vous rencontre.
