"Free, No WIFI" First thing that's mentioned is that you need to connect to Wifi (which was probably obvious and no big deal) but also requires a Roku/Chromecast, which is not free. Also takes forever to get to the point. Waste of time.

It could be bugged, this is a long shot but a soft reset on your TV should fix that issue!
