I think it's because there are no active drops for Marvel Rivals right now. I imagine there will be more with Season 1.

Maybe try doing it all through an incognito browser. I've found that sometimes helps when doing stuff like this. Let me know if that works.

I have the same issue and literally nothing works, trying different browsers, other PCs literally NOTHING . Their support is useless as well
