They still disconnect I just use my old ones when it happens. They are such a disappointment I wanted to love them.

Did you make sure it’s plugged in charging while you try to update it. That’s the only way to update it.

You put the earbuds in the case, have the USB plugged in, AND plug the case into the PS5 at the same time. After that, you can update it. You probably figured this out already, but here you go anyways

The usb stick is what gives you latency free, lossless, wireless audio with planar magnetic drivers inside of a earbud. You aren’t getting better than these without getting a headset that you’ll still need a usb for
