You're welcome! Remember to apply the chmod 400 command to your key pair and ensure that you execute the ssh command from the directory where your key pair is located.

Hello Johnson, that error is always related to your key pair. please make sure you have specified the correct key pair name and path in your command

Any timeout is related to security group or a firewall, ensure your security group is correct (port, protocol, source IPs etc) and assigned to the EC2 instance. If there is still a connection timeout issue, it means a corporate firewall, or a personal firewall is blocking the connection.Jan 24, 2020
