Hello, I just bought your positive grid mini amplifier, I am very happy with the sound, but when I open a song from a KZbin channel on my phone, the sound comes from the phone, not the amplifier, even though Bluetooth is connected. I would be glad if you could help. Thank you

Unless they’ve done it in the last hour. I’m going to say NO, and it really aggravates me. It’s a nice little amp otherwise but half the time I feel like tossing out the window. Sometimes it connects and just when I’m working on a difficult part of a song and have it set to repeat it craps out and I have to restart the app. All this you probably knew, I feel your pain.

@@JDBodineThat’s what’s happening to my spark live since i got it. Ive had the spark 40 before and still have the Spark go for travel reasons and never encounter app connectivity issues sitting 10 feet away from the amp.

Yeah pretty to have all those new amps with nice paintings on it ! But fix that stupid blutooth issue !!!

I make sure it’s connected to my phone’s Bluetooth before I open the Spark app. Then it connects and it’s been smooth sailing for me.

Explain the Jimi Hendrix package and the other presets and how they work. IDK exactly what I would be buying.

In case they never reply to you. They are some pretty nice simulations of some of Jimi’s amp and effect setups. I like them. Until the amp loses Bluetooth connection for the 100 time in one session. When it works, or while it works it a really decent sounding amp with great features and I’ve even used it in small band rehearsal. They really REALLY need to fix the Bluetooth issues, because they are many.
