Just felt compelled to comment, with regards made to customer service. I'm an old codger, at 67 and not the sharpest knife in the drawer, when it comes to this whole Computer age ! Having said that, when I had questions, with regards to Positive Grids products, I simply texted, or Emailed them, and within a very short time, had an answer ! I have the Amp and the Mini, plus a Grill skin ! For me, I have nothing but praise, as they are responsible for my improvement over the time I first had the Spark ! Leading to literally hours of playing ! Simply amazing, and I have barely scratched the surface ! Too, they are about to release a new device, small enough to hang on a Guitar strap, or maybe even wear on a belt like a cell phone ! Love this Companies intuitiveness ! Slam Dunk, IMHO 🤘😝 " ROCK OUT " !! JUST PLAY, DON'T STRESS !!

The smart jam feature allows you to record your chords and be accompanied by a drummer and bass to play your leads over granted its not as versatile as a looper but is better than nothing ✌️🤘

My Spark App doesn't show the pre-sets by name but channel 1, channel 2, channel 3, channel 4. Luckily your video shows them by name @ 2:24 so I could figure where to put them.

A gibson tribute or a fender player. But she must try them before buying one. She must feel confortable with the neck in her hand. And you can keep this guitars brand for 10 years and sell it the same price bought

4 tones is just enough. i go with sparkly clean, shiny chorus bubble bells ringy clean, hard rock distorted, and evil destruction of the universe metal distorted. thats all one needs.

I've noticed a sudden sound drop when playing sustained tones on my new Spark Mini. Tried various presets, guitars, and cables,, but the issue persists, especially with higher notes. Any similar experiences or suggestions?

Was advised to adjust the noise gate which helped. However, for some presets, I have to disable the noise gate or turn down the threshold almost entirely to prevent the sound from dropping. But at least, I can now adjust it.

I bought this to amplify my acoustic uke .I play Irish trad and need a loud clean tone.A loud clean tone is NOT possible as the gain controls the volume and has to be turned up to enable any decent volume.Its a great amp if you want to play like Hendricks or VanHalen but hopeless for acoustic uke or classical guitar.

Horrible customer service and experience with this company. Ordered my amp over a month ago and received only the foot controller and no amp. Contacted positive grid who has been no help, barely communicates, and tells me to check around the house for the package. I work from home and am here to receive every package I order so I know I didn’t miss it. I’m canceling the order as positive grid doesn’t care and takes days to a week to respond one time. I opened a return ticket to stop the order but they canceled my return request. Check the BBB, this company is garbage and can not be trusted. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Edit: look at the Facebook reviews, the positive ones aren’t even posts about the product, they are fake reviews boosting the rating of this garbage company. Plus my bank doesn’t even have a phone number listed for them. This company is sketchy and unethical.

I am not a bot and I would rate Positive Grid positively. I am very satisfied with the Spark amp and the BIAS FX software. Customer service is a very important side of any company, I have not needed this yet but I sincerely hope they enhance this aspect. I have read some reviews from people that have pending and unresolved issues. Very sorry you had a bad experience.

I dont believe this. I tried to connect the mini by bluetooth on an ipad and three different android mobiles. Connection failed. Followed the directions from the friendly support: no result ! Today i send it back. Feel fooled

It's ten watts for 240 and you need a app to make it work....... Just go grab a 30 dollar mini amp That you don't need your phone and app for. Ten watts it has to be quiet
