Excellent. My 64GB usb stick was driving me crazy! Totally forgot you need 32GB or LESS for FAT32 formatting. Quick trip to Dsik Mgmt to create a smaller volume and all set with the FAT32 format!and all is good!

Ok, I'm trying this on a Vizio V-series 435-J01 I just bought for roll-back price. I haven't been able to pull up my USB flash-drives yet but hope your methods work for me:) I will let you know! Thank you much, my one flash-drive was on ex-fat and doesn't have the Fat32 option, but my other flash-drive does so we'll see.

Format to NTFS worked!!!!

if my file is more then 32 gb, it won't work right? i transferred vidoe files on samsung usb3.1 256 gb flash drive. i formatted it to fat 32 but when i transfer back the files to the samsung flash drive, it says i need more storage space.
