No you can't. It'll require using a third party website via a live connecting. Infinite flight has that system and rfs needs that too for joysticks. If your joystick has a bluetooth connection yes you can do that in rfs but surely it'll need joystick buttons setup in rfs settings which rortos hasn't put that option there.

Usb should work the same as the OTG connected Xbox controllers that aren't Bluetooth, which is all of them except the newest ones basically. Xbox One S and newer has Bluetooth. There's a slight design change to easily spot the two versions though.. just google for a picture.
